Are you looking to start a career within a Learning and Development team? If the answer is yes, AXA may have an opportunity for you. We're searching for someone who share our passion in developing our AXA Travel team to deliver a customer first service and who aspire to start a career in Learning and Development.

In your first 6 months, you will attend induction training and upskill sessions to learn the fundamentals of the role, which will give you the skills & knowledge to deliver your first induction programme. After which 6-12 months, you will continue to develop your technical ability whilst enhancing you training skill set with the support and guidance of our L&D family. Once you have mastered the fundamentals you'll then be able to explore digital training, helping the team build e-learning modules and implementing a social and collaborative training philosophy.

What you'll be doing:

  • All training & coaching events and sessions are evaluated.
  • Create and send out training progress updates every Friday to operational leads.
  • Support internal training events including logistics, attendees, resources and equipment as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery.
  • Creation and maintenance of all training activities and materials, to ensure they are current and up to date with the relevant organisation and statutory policies and fully support the AXA brand.
  • Utilise training evaluation data to redesign and improve training materials and delivery methods.
  • Manage all course administration and communication through Yes Learn accurately and efficiently.
  • Have a passion in developing and helping people grow in their role, or towards a career path.
  • The ability to think on your feet and problem solve in the moment.
  • Enjoy the interactions with new and existing people and have the ability to facilitate and lead a conversation in a desired direction.
  • Confidence in learning new IT software and self-study.
  • The ability to work on your own, as well as part of a team, to achieve a set objective.
  • The ability to network with in a business to identify key stakeholders and needs.
  • You are mindful of your own abilities and are able to identify your strengths and weaknesses.
  • Experience training &/or coaching is desirable but not essential.
  • A technical knowledge in Travel Insurance is a desirable but not essential.
