Job Description;

  • Digital transformation Management  
    • Bridge between company strategy, operational team, compliance and system developer in order to develop digital tools and functions that meet our end users’ expectation.
    • Communicate and exhibit a deep understanding of how company’s digital tools value for distributors and customers and identify the impact if our distributors continue working as is.
    • Coach, and support distributors to utilize digital tools in their sales process and customer services. Also, get feedback and loop to project team for enhancement.
    • Analyze and design the suitable transformation process to drive distributors changing their sales behavior from manual process to digitalization.
    • Drive change across Agency department, to optimize working processes across various functions and enable staff to exploit the potential of technologies such as Sales tools (AdvisorZone) or Sales management (iPro/Salesforce) to reduce workload and improve working efficiency.
  • Sales Activity Management    
    • Design tools and application for Lead management and Activity management.
    • Ensure Lead Conversion is established.
    • Coordinate with sales management team and sales co to conduct Sales activity management.
    • Communicate and coach distributors to daily update their lead and sales activity.
    • Track progress of sales activity and analyses conversion rate to forecast production and minimize the gap.
  • Data Management and Statistic    
    • Create analysis report to serve management, key stakeholder, CAO, MMS and other division within Agency 
    • Cooperate with BI team to create more value for business or increase overall performance of single business database platform
    • Maintain Agency dashboard, GA dashboard, and MM1 dashboard to achieve high degree of accuracy, availability and integrity
    • Maintain the central data warehouse that is the platform for the Business Intelligence application & the databases that are the platforms for other MIS reports
    • Manage to provide accurate information within a given timeline
  • Staff and Budget Management
    • Communicating a vision and motivating and leading others towards the achievement of goals and business objectives
    • Help other in Agency department to utilize digital tools and develop report for sales monitoring
    • Manage and motivate staff, conducting or contributing to agreed performance management processes, ensuring that staff are suitably equipped to meet both AXA and personal development needs.
    • Monitor and control digital budget to align with sales activity within budget

•    Master or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Economy or related field
•    3 to 5 years of experience in management consulting and project management, leading multiple teams
•    Ability to lead, guide and coach team members in areas such as transformation process, production, managements systems and sales quality.
•    Good interpersonal skills, good communication skills, service-minded, enthusiastic, able to work under pressure, and highly self-motivated
•    Fluent in written and spoken English and good computer literate
•    Good knowledge agency compensation and structure
•    Understanding of Sales process and Sales behavior
