  • Draft, agree and achieve an annual business plan for the client, including the development and presentation of formal business proposals
  • Conduct training needs analysis with client organisations, recommend relevant solutions and deliver training sessions
  • Develop growth strategies for assigned clients, execute on plans and achieve targets
  • Monitor all aspects of the performance of client schemes including sales and marketing methods, results penetration and claims trends analysis
  • Identify business opportunities and maintain constant market activity to generate business opportunities with assigned clients and in the prospective market.
  • Keep up to date with the company’s products, clients, changes within the market place and new products introduced
  • Provide a Front-line interaction with clients and day-to-day support. Resolution of client complaints and problems as they arise
  • Management of specific project work as directed and co-ordination of activities with clients and internal Axa departments.
  • Personal budgetary responsibility relating to specific clients handled


University degree preferably in business or marketing
Minimum 5 years equivalent work related experience in sales and/ or account management experience is desired.
Proven experience in Financial Services Industry specifically within the Insurance market
Fluent in Swedish, with a good level of English (written and verbal)
PC literate (PowerPoint/ Word/Excel).

Excellent interpersonal and team player skills.
Ability to build strong and trustworthy client relationships.
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Strong strategic, planning and analytical skills used to define and implement business strategies and plans.
Developing effective presentation materials and presenting to customers.
Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and reach targets, whilst being able to execute
