Our Customer Service Advisors work closely with our clinical teams and corporate clients to ensure a seamless and efficient service for our customers. We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Customer Service Advisor to join our busy team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

What you'll be doing:

  • Inputting data and handling documentation received from clients.
  • Answer queries from customers, gathering information from colleagues and or the medical team to ensure an outcome.
  • Respond to telephone calls and written correspondence, including emails, from our clients.
  • Act as main point of contact in order to provide support to our client contacts.
  • Provide regular reports and other management information to key staff as required.
  • Arranging assessments for a multidisciplinary Team inclusive of Nurses, Counsellors and Physiotherapists to assist with attendance for onsite days.
  • Handling confidential information on a daily basis.
  • Following company service standards to escalate any complaints received into Customer Services.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner.
  • Can build rapport quickly and easily with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office Packages.
  • Strong team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Experience of working within a Health and Wellbeing space would be advantageous, as would an understanding of how day to day tasks play a part in the overall customer/client experience.
