Occupational Health Coordinator
Our teams provide a professional, proactive, high quality standard of customer service that coordinates all elements of the end-to-end Occupational Health case of a referred employee. As Occupational Health Coordinator you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional levels of service for the needs of our Customers, ensuring referral documentation is accurate and SLA's are met. You'll also be a client contact for the communication of case progression, updating the client regularly. There will be an element of office reception duties to this role.

Working Hours & Shift Pattern:
Our full time hours are 37.5 hours per week however we're happy to discuss part time hours and flexible working arrangements for this role, should this be a requirement for you. Please state your requirements within your application.
- You’ll need excellent customer service values and experience working in a frontline customer service role.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and IT Systems is essential.
- Strong listening and communication skills, verbal and written.
- We're looking for people that have pride in what they do and what they achieve.
- The ability to problem solve, be accountable and be pragmatic will be a strength for you.
