What you’ll be doing:

You’ll spend your time on the phone, talking to our customers and identifying their needs. Your interactions vary call to call, for example you could be supporting someone who is changing a car registration or identifying a solution to a concern a customer has.

Working Hours & Shift Pattern:

Full time, 37.5 hours per week over 5 days, 8-hour shifts between the hours of between the hours of 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm on Saturdays and 9am to 3pm on a Sunday, including some Bank Holidays.

Induction & Training:

Induction Date: 10th January 2022

You’ll receive a comprehensive induction and benefit from a structured training programme with one of our specialist Trainers, which will be delivered on-site at our Teesside Offices. We'll give you all the training and support you need to become a confident and skilled Advisor, including continual development of your technical knowledge and interpersonal skills.

  • Your work experience and skills learnt in a customer facing role with be imperative to your success. This can be from any industry.
  • Ability to embrace and adapt to change in a positive manner and demonstrate courage and resilience in an ever-changing environment. Enthusiasm to achieve great things.
  • A true desire to treat customers with respect and identify their needs accurately.
  • Excellent telephone skills, a clear and confident manner, with active listening skills.
  • Advanced computer skills as you’ll navigate multiple systems.
  • The ability to remain focussed on priorities when dealing with conflicting demands.
