Job Purpose

Seeking immediate hire for a full-time dedicated sales support/client service resource to support growing Offshore Distribution Team.

Key Accountabilities

In their role the individual in this position will be required to:

Support the Americas Offshore distribution team, which covers seven countries and three languages

Maintain customized library of marketing materials (pitch books, factsheets, whitepapers, etc.) for use in the offshore market for relevant strategies across all asset classes as well as competitive industry reports. Create and update custom marketing materials for the US offshore/LatAm onshore market

Build and maintain relationships with global, internal investment teams to coordinate and structure presentation and marketing materials.

Work with Operations team and TA to assist with client trade inquiries

Develop a thorough understanding of the firm’s key investment strategies and maintain ongoing marketing campaigns.

Work hand-in-hand with US compliance to ensure all materials are in line with regulatory standards.

Support Head of Client Service with client onboarding and reporting; Collect and maintain client data for KYC & AML purposes within Salesforce, our CRM tool.

Role Requirements

Education/Qualifications  Finance or related

Experience:  Preferably 3 years in Asset Management in equivalent client service or sales support role

Knowledge and Skills Portuguese language;  Series 7.

Competencies Team worker;  , client oriented; attention to detail, and able to provide high quality service;  team worker but also able to work independently, self-motivated and able to work without constant direct supervision.
