You will support the roll-out of our digital solutions and standard Travel model, define and implement Global footprint for new and current digital assets and define the strategy for new implementation and the roll-out of Front-End solutions and user interfaces across multiple channels including the web, mobile and via API.

What does your day-to-day look like …

  • Managing and supporting the delivery of transformational operational projects across the Company’s global offices.
  • Ensuring processes simplification to increase digital penetration in at least 40%-50% through the digital solutions and automation.
  • Monitor overall progress of all operational change projects, resolving issues and initiating corrective action as appropriate, including managing and analysing risks & issues across the programme portfolio as well as quality assurance and overall integrity of the different digital solutions.
  • Ensuring meticulous preparation of budget plans and sign offs for each change project and regularly provide report on expenditure and costs against delivered and realised benefits.
  • Monitor overall progress of all operational change projects, resolving issues and initiating corrective action as appropriate, including managing and analysing risks and issues across the programme portfolio as well as quality assurance and overall integrity of the different digital solutions.
  • Manage the dependencies and the interfaces between projects and work closely with other departments to ensure cohesiveness in design and implementation approach for any new solution and Communicating effectively across departments and hub offices.

You are a natural leader who loves to empower team members, promote innovation and is able to work collaboratively with others and leverage their skills to the max.

You are highly analytical and strategic with the ability to think outside the box and deliver and interpret complex management information and statistics. Your previous experience using leading methodologies and processes would be highly advantageous.

This is a challenging role that will require you to positively manage multiple project sponsors, stakeholders and contributors, including senior executives and third party vendors, within a complex multi-national environment.

Proven experience of managing change effectively, including the ability to clearly identify areas for change and to define and articulate sophisticated and strategic solutions for these.

In addition to this, it would be great if your experience bridged between the understanding of financial inputs and the impacts of business cases, P&L accounts and financial reports.

Nice to have …

It would be excellent if you were fluent in another language such as French, German or Spanish. Self-development is important, and we would like you to be in possession of ACII or ACILA accreditation (or be working towards it).

Any previous experience with Liberty or a similar system would be advantageous as would knowledge of MS Access.
