The distributor care team in AXA’s life operations team provides one-stop distributor care service via inbound and outbound call channels such as phone and electronic communications to our distribution partners. The team acts as the 1st line of communication triage for distributors with respect to Life Operations and work with various teams to resolve queries. You will achieve Distributor Care targets set (KPIs) without compromising quality of service delivery and to meet all distributor’s requests within specific cycle timeThe distributor care team in AXA’s life operations team provides one-stop distributor care service via inbound and outbound call channels such as phone and electronic communications to our distribution partners. Call & Email Enquiries

  • Answering of calls from distribution partners
  • Clearing of emails from any parties e.g. CS/BDM/agents
  • Service distributors professionally with the objective of exceeding expectations with the service provided
  • Resolve distributor problems, proactively and reactively, based on ability to identify and interpret service issues properly
  • Able to multi task with familiarity of Distributor Care and Operations
  • To ensure that the 2nd level tasks are tracked and managed in accordance with the SLAs set.

Feedback to Life Operations Team

  • Collate & build Knowledge Management of Operations
  • Provide feedback on Operations areas to improve from data / information gained by Distributor Care via Quality Committee
  • To be involved in projects and UAT on customer related topics from time to time
  • Other responsibilities and assignment delegated by the Manager/HOD
  • 2 - 3 year’s working experience in Life Insurance Operations and familiar with Life & Health processes and possess experience in the related servicing support.
  • Experience in call center or distribution support would be beneficial
  • Positive working attitude with minimum supervision
  • Team player with ability to multi-task and follow up with teams/distributors
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and meet SLA
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills required
