We offer on target earnings of up to £20,500 with competitive base salary of £17,810 plus excellent benefits, flexible shift pattern and salary increases on company funded insurance qualifications. 

We offer hybrid way of working from home (3 days) and in the office (2 days). We champion flexible working and are more than happy to consider both full and part time hours, whatever this could look like for you. Full time roles are 37.5 hours per week, rotating schedules which allow you to achieve a great work/life balance, working between the hours of 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, typically one in three Saturdays 9am to 5pm, and some bank holidays. You will know well in advance the schedule you will be working each week, so you can plan around your hours.


You’ll work as part of our telephone-based Customer team servicing our local customers, in our cool new building on the Northland Road, with very own restaurant, yoga room, wellness rooms, funky collaboration spaces and car parking!

We provide 2 weeks full time training with all required IT kit enabling you to mix home and office based work.
