We are looking for an outstanding professional to join an international organization with a dynamic culture open to innovation and reinvention, a team where you'll be trusted and empowered to own your topics and have a tremendous impact. You will lead and implement our Data Management strategy across 5 pillars – Data Governance, Privacy & Security, Architecture, Quality and Documentation. Leverage on AXA modern data infrastructure and collaborate with other Data talents to deliver your initiatives. You will also guide and mentor a team of 2 to 4 Data talents.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the Data Management Office
  • Engage data owners and stewards to adhere to data policies, standards and guidelines
  • Responsible for Data management artifacts
  • Maintain Data Privacy, Protection and Security standards and controls
  • Manage Data Board and present in leadership forums on data policy & standards
  • Maintain PCI DSS Compliance
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience
  • Strong in Data management (DAMA-DMBOK), governance, stewardship, quality, privacy and protection with large-scale data or project management and oversight experience
  • Strategic mindset to develop and implement improvements within the current framework
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and the ability to manage the expectations of all business stakeholders across all levels of seniority
  • You’re self-driven, strong in execution, team player and able to coordinate network of stakeholders from various background, ability to understand business needs
