Job Purpose / Summary

Responsible for new and preservation of Group Life accounts, maintain key relationship with Clients, Brokers and Partners. Achieve the defined sales target with the end goal of increasing the company’s profitability.

Achieve personal sales target thru acquisition and retention of corporate accounts generated from Clients, Partners and Brokers

  • Administer Renewal proposals according to the agreed SLA with the client
  • Liaise with Analysis & Control Team regarding pricing and servicing propositions for Clients, Partners and Brokers
  • Track and tap both new and existing clients with growth mindset of increasing the company’s revenue
  • Attend to administrative functions associated with the development and expansion of the assigned distribution Sales portfolio
  • New and Renewal premiums
  • New and Renewal cases
  • Cross-sell/Upsell
  • Production Reports
  • Huge volume of renewal business

  • Direct clients, Partners and Brokers require intensive attention from beginning to end especially during claims process

Build and maintain relationship with Clients, Partners and Brokers

  • Ensure regular coordination with the client to assess needs and provide solutions accordingly.
  • Coordinate between the client and the partner support teams to respond to claims or collection concerns.

Educational Qualifications / Certifications

  • Preferably with at least 2-3 year of Sales experience, Customer Service, or Account Management
  • Background in Insurance Industry is a plus but not necessary.
  • College graduate
  • Computer skills (MS word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent Communication Skills
