This role is critical to deliver profitable growth under the Telemarketing Team Partnership Distribution Channel, as defined in the KPIs/target letter.

  1. Achieve Sales & Support KPI’s by utilizing the resources available and ensuring productivity.

  2. To achieve this aim it requires a good relationship with the Telemarketing Team, positivity and determination to succeed.

A glimpse of your daily mission:

  • Calls prospective customers to inform them of the various product offerings from AXA.

  • Identifies customer needs and presents AXA Insurance products by following a prepared call script to provide product unique selling points and price quotations.

  • Ensures strict compliance with company and partners’ policies and procedures – including but not limited to PDPA and DNC registry.

  • Achieve monthly KPI targets set across all measures - Sales, Productivity and Quality.

  • Update customer’s personal information and contact centre activity.

  • Meticulously manage and update leads provided.

  • Perform after-sales servicing when needed.

  • Liaise with underwriters to secure additional approval for quotations if necessary.

  • Follow-up with operations team to facilitate policy updates.

  • Feedback to management team on customer feedback and areas of concern.

  • Work on ad-hoc duties as needed.

Successful qualifier of this mission

  • Minimum “O” Levels

  • General Insurance certifications (BCP, PGI, and HI).

  • Has a customer-centric mindset.

  • Highly driven and motivated sales person with a positive attitude.

  • Team player.


  • Minimum 1-2 years’ work experience in a contact centre, preferably in insurance.

  • Telemarketing and cold calling experience in General Insurance is a plus.
