We have a great opportunity for an Information Security Analyst to join us in our Information Security Compliance team in Tunbridge Wells as part of AXA Health.
This role reports into the AXA Global Healthcare (AGH) Information Security Manager and you will be required to support the completion of the vendor risk assessment process for AGH vendors, performing business as usual activities such as helping to answer ad hoc security queries from the business, supporting the investigating security alerts/incidents, and supporting completion of periodic recertifications of access. You will also support the preparation and delivery of required updates to Group and the Security Risk Committee ensuring that information is provided in a timely and accurate manner.
In an increasingly regulated environment with a heightened focus on Information and Cyber Security risk, concerted efforts to articulate and manage controls need to be made and evidenced to an audience that includes: Senior Business Managers in AXA Global Health, AXA Group and external stakeholders.

What you will be doing:
•Working within the AGH Information Security Manager, have oversight of, and help support improvements to security processes.
•Help support the response to security queries from the business and other Information Security teams.
•Support the completion of vendor risk assessments.
•Assist with recertifications reviews of access to systems.
•Ensure AXA Security Policies are met and maintained.
•Manage security requests that come via SILVA queues, including work requests and change requests.
•Support the response to AGH data leakage incidents and alerts, and support response to Security incidents.
•Support completion of the Digital Permit Process.
•Support the InfoSec Manager in preparing and delivering Group reports and Management Information reports for the AGH Security Risk Committee.
•Support preparation of responses to corporate client questionnaires and queries.
•A minimum of 3 years IT/Security experience preferred
•You will be disciplined and have an organised mind-set with good attention to detail
•Strong Excel skills are preferred
•Good understanding of networking and infrastructure fundamentals
•Good understanding of Application Security fundamentals
•Ability to translate security concepts and requirements into language that the business and other non-technical stakeholders can understand
•Excellent time management skills, including the ability to manage a demanding and variable workload with tight deadlines
•Strong communication and inter-personal skills
•Good analytical skills and the ability to clearly identify key issues
•A strong customer focus to ensure internal stakeholder needs are met
