  • Identify, develop and implement HR strategies and operating plans that align with business strategy to ensure human capital and capability to fulfill business requirements.
  • Provide strategic advice to business managers in the areas of manpower planning, talent acquisition strategy, reward management, performance management, organization talent review, succession planning and organization design.
  • Formulate resourcing strategies in partnership with the resourcing team to attract talents with the right capabilities to ensure a stable and competent workforce to meet current and future business needs.
  • Strengthen the employer branding to enhance AXA’s visibility and competitiveness in the talent market.
  • Partner with business managers to drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Provide budget/expenses information to line business managers and advise them on manpower budget/costing initiatives.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are in alignment with operation needs and in compliance with local regulations and regional HR blueprint.
  • Provide market benchmark information on talent acquisition, staff retention strategies and HR best practices.
  • Develop communication strategies to raise staff understanding on various HR initiatives, their purposes and impact on employees.
  • Recommend appropriate HR policies to guide managers to manage and motivate their team.
  • University graduate
  • Minimum 10 years HR experience with at least 4 - 5 years in the capacity of business partnership
  • Strong business acumen and solid HR exposure gained from fast pace environment
  • Experience in strategy development and change management
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Sound analytical skills and numerical sense
  • Team player, agile, self-motivated, and able to work independently
