1.       Support the agency engagement activities to have a real life experience on the business impact to user, key activities include:

a.       Support helpdesk enquiries 

b.       Attend joint roadshows with team members and support roadshows related preparation work, e.g. deck preparation, follow up tasks

c.       Prepare supporting material, e.g. training deck, tutorial video, FAQs, e-library

d.       Assist in bi-monthly Agency advisory group discussion 

e.       Other team admin tasks as assigned

2.       Support the delivering of Emma features

a.       Support Bas to write UAT test cases and test execution           

b.       Internal training materials preparation, videos, FAQs etc

3.       Work with production support to handle simple enquiries (as required) from agency support team and Call Center, suggest ways of automation (if applicable)

  • Current university students in Year 2 or above, preferably from Business or Computer Science background
  • Passion about digital and using data to drive user/customer experience
