  • As part of AXA Partners new travel strategy, your role will be to implement and monitor strategic deals of the Travel Business Line within the META-Asia Region
  • Reviews external client’s product demands, develops project plans and ensures that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. Contribute to the optimization of the commercial approach by ensuring the interface between the commercial management and all stakeholders
  • Responsible for end-to-end project management and digital tool delivery, using established project management methodologies
  • You will be part of a dynamic team and will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer of META and Travel Business line
  • You will work closely with different teams located around the world and build a dedicated governance to reach collectively the achievement of the implementation
  • Implement transversal across multi-countries deals
  • Transversal interactions with internal teams and external partners
  • Research and analysis to identify new sources of value creation

Project Management:

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, mitigating issues resulting in a delay
  • Ensure the project reporting is accurate, up to date and provided in a timely manner
  • Manage projects through their total lifecycle, from initial conceptualisation to successful completion, including managing budgets, resources, task allocation, compliance-checking, buy-in, communication, revisions, presentation, launch, reviews, etc.
  • Guarantee the implementation of the finalized agreements by ensuring coordination and interface, particularly technical and / or operational, between the various departments
  • Support internal teams (sales, operations& support) in understanding and leverage on AXA Partners operational and digital capabilities
  • Participate in the analysis of the technical and operational feasibility of projects
  • Help stakeholders in support of different project workstreams, and manage overall project activities, plans, and schedules associated with deliverables and milestones
  • Participates in the design of new operational procedures, corrective actions, or new monitoring tools
  • Identify opportunities from within the existing processes for continuous Improvement
  • Keeps track of the integrations of the right files and provides the necessary reminders to guarantee the expected result

  • Report and validate with management the status and needs of initiatives to accurately monitor the responsibilities and resources of those involved
  • Anticipating critical situations, communicating identified issues to the right decision-making bodies and facilitating their resolution when necessary
  • Consolidate and interpret operational and financial reporting after implementation

  • Project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize projects, their different stages and their implementation
  • Comfortable and agile with digital and technology in general
  • Ability to lead teams and engage senior management, with the ability to influence people at all levels
  • Strong and effective communication
  • Results and execution oriented - challenges the status quo
  • Excellent documentation, planning and prioritization skills
  • Experience in an international and matrix environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English - any other language is an asset
