  • Bridge the gap between business users and solution architects and IT Developers/vendors by conducting business / research analysis.
  • Improve the satisfaction of business on IT services through proper business user relationship management and obtain buy-in from end-users
  • Help user to improve requirements of request through clarification
  • Managing personal relationships with business managers.
  • Identify and prioritize demand for new IT services and improvements to existing services. Ensure IT teams leverage business expertise and that business functions leverage IT expertise.
  • Ensuring that the IT Service Provider is satisfying business needs
  • Complementing Business Relationship Management, Customer Relationship Management involves managing the day-to-day, operational interactions with the business and end-users of IT and the end-customer relationship.
  • Customer service managers work with the end-users of IT to ensure that IT services are delivered as per agreed timelines, initiate and oversee Service Improvement Plans as and when required, manage expectations of key stakeholders in the user community.
  • Resource Planning & Mapping
  • Perform Analysis and assignment request to the right resources
  • Establish proper Resource mapping and capacity
  • Establish Man Days utilization report for inhouse & vendor resource (IT Steerco meeting) Service Management
  • Help user to improve requirements of request through clarification
  • Assign and monitoring request status to ensure all request are being executed
  • Perform biweekly meeting to manage status update and reprioritization
  • University graduate preferably in Business, IT or other related disciplines
  • 5+ years proven experience in business requirement gathering, Business Process Improvement, and application functional design
  • More than 3 years solid experience in life insurance/pension/group insurance/general insurance/business/finance/technology analysis in large
  • A Professional Certification in Rational Object Oriented Analysis and Design / Rational Requirements Management with Use Case Certification / Rational Unified Process Certification is preferred
