  • Corporate Communications – Support team head in developing and implementing corporate communications strategy to build thought leadership, brand awareness and preference for the company via external, internal, digital communications, events and other creative means as appropriate
  • CSR strategy and project management – Support team head in developing CSR strategy and implementing projects
  • Manage agency to track company’s media exposure and market news
  • Award strategy and promotion – leverage various awards for brand and thought leadership building  
  • Market intelligence - Monitor, research, evaluate and report on various market trends and make recommendations for continuous improvements
  • Agency management - Assist in managing PR and other agencies and budget for effective delivery and measurable results
  • Degree holder with solid experience in corporate communications and reputation management
  • A great storyteller with excellent communication and language skills, both English and Chinese
  • Experienced in CSR and event management
  • Good judgement, sensitive to public sentiment/ reputation risks
  • Good understanding of business requirements
  • Good stakeholder management
  • Proactive, accountable and results-oriented
  • A great team player
  • Good understanding of insurance and financial industry will be an advantage
