Group Operations CIO organization aims at servicing all of Group Operations users in terms of shared and internal applications, communication and collaboration as well as for devices, everywhere they need to work from or on the move, in all countries where Group Operations operates from.

Leveraging our Group Operations expertise and services capabilities while complying with internal and external regulations and policies and standards, our ambition is to become an innovative and cost-effective company in terms of Information systems, as well as best in class user experience.

Within GO CIO, in the Team Projects, Budgets, Reporting & Governance, we are looking for a Governance & Communication coordinator.



  • Design, implement and manage GO CIO governance model with all counterparts (GO countries, GO divisions, GO CIO partners, IT providers, …); ensure continuous improvement of the governance model by driving its performance
  • Set up and manage GO CIO communication plan, including recurring GO CIO activities as well as projects where GO CIO is involved
  • Set up and manage IT user communities, and ensure follow up of all actions with the right stakeholders


  • 16 countries involved (international environment, relationships with local C-Level executives)
  • 9 divisions involved (all GO businesses addressed, relationships with local C-Level executives)
  • 10+ IT user communities (GO users over all countries/divisions)
  • No team management (but strong network management)


  • Proven experience in setting up / leading governance models
  • Proven experience in setting up / implementing communication plans
  • Broad understanding of both the IT environment (workplace and applications) and of a CIO organization
  • Good knowledge of collaborative tools (MS Teams, SharePoint, Office365)



  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong ability to understand business issues
  • Strong ability to translate technical issues in clear and accessible language for non-IT audiences
  • Strong ability to work in remote, multi-cultural and matrix-based environment
  • Attention to details in order to provide accurate and reliable analytics
