Researches Keep updated in emerging voice network technologies and makes recommendations based on future business needs.                                                                                                           

Responsible for complex testing and analysis of all elements of the voice network facilities.         

Provides guidance and direction to less-experienced voice network engineers.                                     

Assists with performance improvement evaluations of less-experienced voice network engineers.

Regularly assists in orienting, training, assigning and checking the work of less-experienced engineers.                                                                                                                                                   

Applies advanced understanding of business needs in the development of voice network resources.

Analyzes and provides innovative solutions to voice network engineering and design projects

5 to 7 years of experience                                                                                                                                                       

Possesses and routinely applies broad knowledge of voice network related processes and procedures to the completion of complex assignments.                                                                                                                                              

Possesses knowledge, skills and abilities required to resolve most voice network related problems.                                                                                                                                                     

Advanced knowledge of voice network performance, hardware and software.                                                                                                                                                       

Serves as a resource to others in the resolution of highly complex problems.                                                                                                                                                      

Ability to consistently apply broad knowledge of voice network administration to the diagnoses and resolution of voice network problems.                                                                                                                                                          

Effective communication skills within and outside team.                                            

Advanced knowledge of security issues and implications to voice network solutions                                                                                                                                                        

CCNA voice certification or equivalent
