  1. Handles general enquiries and complaints from internal and external customers
  2. Ensures daily work management is maintained – hotline, email enquiries, and post
  3. Follows up and liaises with relevant parties (such as supervisor, team leader or back office) to meet customers’ needs
  4. Contributes to achieve agreed SLAs and service standards
  5. Develops Subject Matter Expert (SME) level knowledge
  6. Involves in ad hoc projects and administrative works
  7. Supports Assistant Manager and steps up in their absence
  1. Form 7 graduate/diploma or above
  2. At least 4 years’ experience in customer service in insurance companies and supervisory experience
  3. Proficient in both spoken & written English & Chinese
  4. Good communication & interpersonal skills
  5. Attentive to details and well organized
  6. Willing to learn and self-initiated
  7. Good command of MS Office including Word & Excel
  8. Qualified license of IIQE - Paper 1, Paper 2 and Paper 3
