This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal Assistant to become a core link between the Underwriting Team and Global’s Executive Committee to work on contract and insurance product-related matters. You will provide support for the Underwriting Team and wider company on legal matters and act as the liaison with AXA’s legal teams and external lawyers. As our Paralegal Assistant, you will ensure the consistency of all insurance documentation and proposed contract wordings.

Your excellent drafting skills and attention to detail will come in handy when drafting policy wordings, client contracts and reinsurance schedules. It would be great if you had a good understanding of insurance products and insurance contract law.
Because of your experience, you will be familiar with the principles of insurance regulation and have in-depth knowledge of insurance wordings, standard clauses of specialist insurances and supplier and distributor agreements.
You are super-smart and eager to learn and your Law degree or relevant experience will help you succeed.
This is a fast-paced role so you will need to prioritise and manage your own workload to meet challenging deadlines. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will be put to the test when communicating effectively with colleagues and management at all levels.
