  • Assist Senior Manager to develop the Commercial Property & Liability Claims guidelines and strategies
  • Conduct assessment and approval by monitoring the workflow on Commercial Property & Liability Claims
  • Ensure claims are managed and settled in a prompt and equitable manner and deliver a customer-centric claims experience
  • Liaise and engage with relevant parties such as underwriting team, adjusters, specialist companies & other stakeholders on claim matters
  • Monitor the handling of customer/distributor enquiries and complaints referred by Contact Centre and Complaint team
  • Build and maintain a strong partnership with distributors, clients, producers, and intermediaries
  • Responsible for ensuring outsourcing vendor is effectively managing high volume low complexity claims
  • Implement continuous claims process improvement to strive for operational efficiency


  • A degree/diploma & possess relevant insurance qualifications and knowledge and/or background would be an asset. Legal qualifications would be advantageous but not a must.
  • Experience in Commercial Claims would of no less than 6-8 years’ experience
  • Ability to engage with Producers/Agents and customers are a must.
  • Knowledge of insurance policies and its operations is a must.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Critical & lateral thinking required  
  • Positive & self-motivated
