AMO Lead on Internal/External Distribution Brand and Communications

  • Lead on Distribution Hub internal/external Communication activities, with a focus on AXA Prime across Agency and bancassurance.
    • Producing the monthly Accelerate Newsletter Development of and distribution/adoption of content across the markets Internal Communications / Merchandise
    • Producing / Facilitating Brand and Comms/Marketing Content for Distribution (Recruitment/Product etc)
  • Project Managing the Annual AXA Prime recognition event with internal stakeholders and external vendors (2,000 guests budget HKD$8m)
  • Goal to continue to elevate the Brand of AXA Prime internally and externally
  • Interfacing with AMO B&C, local CDO’s, CAO’s, local Brand / Agency Comms teams

 

AMO Lead on Recruitment / Training and Leader Development Blueprint under AXA Prime

  • Responsible for leading Distribution POV as well as subsequent initiatives across
    Recruitment / Training and Leader Development
    • Collecting the as-is, framing and aligning, developing the Strategy (POV), establishing buy-in and project implementation – Finally tracking / delivering key KPI’s of success
  • Goal to drive Active Manpower through a strategy that upgrades and optimizes the areas above thereby creating proof points for the AXA Prime investor narrative
  • Interfacing with CAO, Head of Training, Head of Recruitment across the entities as well as with outside academies, universities, business schools and vendors.

 

AMO Support / Local lead - Geographic Focus on HK and China

  • Working closely with AXA HK on developing the R-T- LD Blueprint 
  • Acting as the interface for the ICBC-AXA China Agency and the rest of Distribution Community
  • Sharing a deep understanding of AXA Prime and the AMO Distribution science with ICBC-AXA AXA Asia Regional Blueprints, Standards, Compensation (DAP review) Recruitment, training, Leader Development etc
  • Work collaboratively with the ICBC-AXA team in a consulting capacity to develop their Agency Roadmap for sustainable growth - leveraging the above.
  • Leading the Performance Management calls with ICBC-AXA 
  • PIC to support ICBC-AXA China distribution team on implementation of key initiatives around AXA Prime
  • Experience. 10+ years within Asia Insurance industry with specific depth in Agency, Communications, Recruitment, Training and Leader Development and in markets of China & HK
  • Ability to lead/work independently and as well as collectively
  • Strong ability to communicate in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Excellent use of PowerPoint, excel and word
  • Credibility to talk to CDO’s/CAO’s as well SME knowledge to connect with Heads of Recruitment, Training and Leader Development
