The role

The Team leader of our operations team works to support our most important resource, our Operations associates, as they respond to customer claims and questions. You will manage the full performance management cycle and coach them in their work.

In addition to supporting and developing your team you will work to develop and evolve the function in close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as IT and Sales. Creating a great customer experience is the focus of the Operations function and you will be an instrumental part of that puzzle.

Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience

  • BA Degree and/or relative operational experience/customer service experience
  • Experience /participation in process improvements initiatives desirable
