The North American Finance team consists of a team of 6 spanning 2 offices, one in Greenwich, CT and one in Orinda, CA. 1 CFO, 4 accounting and tax professionals and 1 FP&A supporting Rosenberg US, AXA IM Inc. and AXA IM Mexico.

The main responsibilities of the role:

- Financial data mining and maintenance of revenue budget and forecasting models.
- Track and determine financial status by analyzing results in comparison to budgets/forecasts.
- Reconciliation of books to local FP&A processes.
- Financial modeling support to FP&A team.
- Preparation of monthly variance cost analysis vs. budget/forecast/YoY.
- Support FP&A team during planning, budgeting and forecasting cycles.
- Ad hoc reporting analysis for CFO and Controller
• Education qualifications Degree in Finance/Business Admin

• Technical skills:
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, various formulas, VBA)
• Key Competencies: 
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to drive process improvements
