Reporting to the CIO, the Senior Information Officer (SIO) will collaborate with the Company’s leadership team to establish scalable and sustainable technology solutions which maximize short and long-term business growth and results. Areas of responsibility include partnerships with key business units including Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance. The SIO will manage, develop and mentor direct reports and lead an IT team in the attainment of the Company’s strategic goals and commitment to IT excellence. It is critical for the SIO to build strong and productive relationships with aligned business unit leaders, acting as a true partner and making IT a business enabler.


Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy: Develop for Corporate Systems an IT vision, strategy, and a roadmap aligned with business goals and objectives. Lead the IT team and its business partners in effective execution of solutions. Monitor Corporate Systems’ Lights On (BAU) and Discretionary budgets that meet prevailing objectives and constraints.

• Operational Execution: Ensure that the Corporate Systems organization adheres to the enterprise information security program to ensure the integrity, confidentiality and availability of relevant data.  Lead the outcome of discretionary systems development and implementation for the respective systems. • Team Development: Hire, develop, evaluate, reward, and retain a highly-qualified team of IT professionals.  Foster a culture of innovation, transparency and accountability across Corporate Systems.

• Delivering Business Results: Collaborate, influence others and build consensus and commitment to a strategic direction.

Minimum Qualifications:
 
• 10 years’ experience in Information Technology leadership role Senior Director Level.
• Previous experience of 7+ years managing in a matrix report structure
• Demonstrated success working in a team environment and ability to collaborate cross-functionally and in diverse geographic locations.
• 10+ years of experience in conceptualizing and driving implementations of large-scale enterprise applications.
• 10+ years managing Corporate Systems with direct report Directors.
• Strong working knowledge of Corporate Finance business expertise required.
• Prior 10+ years of experience leading and influencing others in a diverse and dynamic work environment.
• Incumbent must have excellent oral and written skills, ability to handle a broad range of functions and business issues, and ability independently handle all leadership levels and third parties.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management of Information Systems, or related business discipline(s).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree preferred
• Industry related experience within the IT organization as a Senior Director
