·         Delivers Actual sales based on APE (Annualized premiums) target set per month.

o   Conduct outbound telemarketing to upsell/cross-sell AXA products to   existing customers and new prospect leads.

o   Presents the product features, benefits and premiums clear and understandable to customers.

o   Answers questions and overcome objections

o   Secure clear agreement from customer on product purchased through telemarketing.

o   Completes end-to-end application process by securing updated customer information, declarations on current health and activity status, premium payment options and fulfillment delivery schedule.

o   Log all information and agreements with the customer in AXA System (MABI) whether customer declined or agreed the offer

·         Compliance to Insurance Commission guidelines on Telemarketing

    • Telemarketer must pass the licensing requirements of IC prior to conducting telemarketing.

o   Telemarketer to perform outbound call using approved scripts only.

·         Compliance to Data privacy and Security.

o   Telemarketer to comply on the “Clear Workstation Policy”.








·         Bachelor’s degree holder

·         With at least 6-months field experience in telemarketing

·         Can effectively deliver prepared sales scripts and objection spiels

·         Can confidently conduct a cold call through the phone

·         Engaging with enthusiasm

·         Passion for customers

·         Can think quickly to answer customer questions and rebuttals

·         Open and fast to learn new things (e.g. insurance)

·         Proficient in English and Filipino

·         Knowledgeable and skilled on cross-sell/upsell
