The General Insurance Call Centre provides dedicated one-stop customer service via phone, mail, fax and electronic communications to policy holders. You will achieve the Call Centre targets set (KPIs) without compromising quality of service delivery and to meet all customers’ requests within specific cycle time.


A glimpse of your daily mission:


• Service customers professionally on
- Policy related matters such as renewals, endorsements, cancellation
- Claims related matters
• Resolve customer problems, proactively and reactively, based on ability to identify and interpret service issues properly
• To generate cover note/policy for motor new business/renewal/extensions and travel insurance respectively
• Able to multi task with familiarity of Call Centre operations
• Handle email correspondences
• Assist and support Front counter and reception duties and/or ad-hoc assignments as and when required



Successful qualifier of this mission:

• Possess minimum Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in General Insurance with professional insurance qualifications
• Candidate with Call Centre experience preferred
• An experienced customer centric individual with strong interpersonal skills, able to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Good command of verbal and written English
• Ability to speak Mandarin and dialects is preferred for liaising with a group of Mandarin-speaking policy holders
• Identify opportunities for improving procedures and systems
• Demonstrate a professional attitude when liaising with internal departments and external partners and peers.
• Excellent telephone etiquette with pleasant disposition and attentive listening skills
• A highly meticulous, analytical and detailed individual
• Team player with high level of commitment, reliability and flexibility
• Proficient in PC skills including Microsoft Office applications
