Lead Project Manager - Central Supervisory Unit
complex projects according to measures of time, budget, scope, quality and relationship. Owns the customer relationship of the project,
partnering with other key stakeholders to attain the business goals and objectives. Conducts research and analysis to quantify business opportunities and issues and develops formal recommendations for presentation to management. Works with stakeholders to generate solutions to business issues and then plans/implements those solutions. Develops detailed project schedules, assesses risks and builds mitigation strategies. Leads efforts to develop new or revised processes/procedures for the assigned business areas. Ensures that proper
management practices are adhered to by providing ongoing performance and career discussions, on‐time completion of relevant
people processes, and fostering Diversity and Inclusion. • Coordinate and lead FINRA and best interest regulatory rule implementation between Wealth Management and National Compliance Office
• Coordinate and lead cross-company taskforce related to Seniors and Vulnerable Adult initiatives
• Manage the relationship and ongoing governance with off shore AXA Business Solutions (ABS) team
• Work with the Wealth Management Chief Risk Officer to create, manage and communicate policies and procedures across AXA business lines
• Drive ad hoc project implementation related to the supervision within the Central Supervisory Unit and Branch Controls teams
Has broad understanding of project planning & execution methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to
facilitate meetings and communicate results to project team and management. Ability to present to customers and project sponsors and
play a supporting role in presentation to higher levels of management. Ability to influence others without authority. Strong negotiation
skills. May have management responsibilities for a small team or may be a single incumbent.
Bachelorʹs Degree. 5-8 years experience project management experience.
