Digital Analytics and Digital Project Senior Manager
Job Content & Scope
§ Manage digital analytics in relation to i) eCommerce and digital campaign performance, II) digital assets (website/ My AXA) traffic analysis.
§ Report performance of digital marketing campaigns and digital assets against goals (ROI and KPIs) and provide recommendation to improve performance to key stakeholders.
§ Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team and external Digital Media agency to assist with data collection and reporting on campaigns.
§ Collaborate with the Digital Development team to ensure the tracking is properly set up and implement recommendations.
§ Support the Head of CRM in deploying the digital data strategy and identify gaps in the digital data capture strategy.
Digital Project Management
§ Create and maintain an online business plan for the eCommerce activities.
§ Define digital solutions / assets to improve the overall digital customer experience based on digital assets performance, trends and insights (eCommerce/ eServicing).
§ Manage the deployment of new digital solutions to increase our eCommerce performance and our e-servicing strategy in collaboration with the Digital Development team to ensure the deployment of our digital assets on time and on budget
§ Suggest and execute AB testings to drive fundamentals improvements to the site experience: from hypothesis creation to influencing creatives to identifying success metrics and post-test analysis.
§ Collaborates on creation of project plan with the digital development team.
§ Define and monitor KPIs for each initiative.
§ Digital Marketing dashboards (real time, weekly, monthly) on digital campaign performance and website traffic analysis
§ Coordinate the optimization of existing assets and new digital assets development.
§ Provide consolidated reporting on digital assets performances to key stakeholders.
§ Share regular update on online trends.
Knowledge / Background / Experience:
§ Bachelor’s degree holder
§ 6 to 7 years of working with standard web analytics tools and Digital Project Management.
§ Digital marketing experience and keen interest in Digital Customer Journey design, ideally in an eCommerce environment.
§ Good communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources. Experience managing a team of people / cross functional teams.
Technical / Functional Skills:
§ Understands web ecosystems and best practices to increase eCommerce performance.
§ Strong digital project management skills, preferably in an eCommerce environment.
§ Understanding of web design and web analytic software (Google Analytics certification) in relation to online paid media campaign strategies (SEM/PPC and SEO campaigns / efforts) and success measurement preferably in an eCommerce environment.
§ Strong analytical skills to provide insights on customer behavior using available data to influence improvement on digital assets.
§ Experience in data visualization tool would be a plus.
