  • Manage & delivery RPA Project and maintain technical responsibility for project delivery
  • Oversee various responsibilities of project initiatives until the project is delivered and deployed successfully
  • Assist the domain expert in creating the business case
  • Designing automated process solutions in accordance with standard design principles and conventions
  • Strong problem solving, analysis, and design skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to a non-technical audience
  • Ability to provide technical guidance to the junior team members
  •  University graduate preferably in IT
  • 4-5 years Experience in Insurance process automation
  • Experience in developing automation solutions using leading robotics tools (such as Uipath/Blueprism/Automation anywhere) in market would be a distinct advantage
  • Experience in any of the technologies and architecture concepts .NET / J2EE/ JAVA
