1.Recruitment & Employer Branding
*Develop and implement the overall recruitment & employer branding strategy with the alignment of Strategic Work Force Planning, budget and business objectives.*Ensure effectiveness of design and implementation of attraction activities for both proactive sourcing (pipeline and critical positions database/pool) and vacancies.*Collaborates and partners with the HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers and the Regional Attraction team to forecast the future staffing needs capabilities and quantity.*Proactively conduct market research to develop knowledge of current external industry/market/competitor trends and concurrently develops internal knowledge of the business.*Involve in strategic planning and development of the capacity planning and staffing function. Forecasts potential impacts to operations and ability to meet service goals for all activities.*Initiate activities for the deployment of employer branding in the market. Work directly with the HR stakeholders to adopt common EVP elements, localise EVP materials, manage changes needed to reflect the EVP, and manage a consistent and cohesive brand image.*Communicate AAGI Value Proposition by understanding and utilizing candidate’ varied interest to tailor marketing messages to be as compelling and persuasive as possible.*Acts as an employer brand ambassador and helps to drive candidate interest in career opportunities.*Continuously measure the recruitment turnaround including Hiring Manager & candidates’ satisfaction rate and take the relevant steps to enhance/elevate the services.
2. HR Operations
*Ensure compliance to data privacy & integrity by having a clear guideline & procedure in terms of data stores, processes, retrieves to ensure data maintenance, accuracy, consistency over its entire life-cycle.
*Manage and lead the HR Operations & TEAB team and ensure optimize effectiveness and delivery and demonstrate leadership qualities to guide and facilitate the success of individual team members throughout the function.
*Ensure the HR Operations & TAEB team are focused on delivering outstanding HR services to the external & internal stakeholders.
*Develop and enhance procedures, documentation, processes and systems that are within Ops & TAEB functions.
*Recommend and report on metrics to help manage the effectiveness of HR, its programs and processes.
*Leverage resources and systems to build the HR reporting library, making it easy and accessible for HR and business users.
*Develop and deliver HR Reporting in a proactive manner to maximize effectiveness of the HR team, enabling and imbedding analytic capabilities in the HR Ops & TAEB team.
*Ensure reports such as SDR, Central Bank of Malaysia, Affin Bank, Risk Register, Business Impact & etc are submitted within the timeline.
*Partner with the relevant stakeholders to maximize the user experience on HR services & systems (YES system).
*Implement initiative to increase the adoption/utilization of HR system & automation initiatives (YES system & robotic for both modules WFA for Operations & Taleo for Recruitment).
*Manage the overall utilization of HR Operations resources and able to measure and report on productivity, effectiveness and customer service levels.
*Reponsible to perform all Industrial Related matters independently.
*Become an expert on best practice for HR processes and promote improvements for efficiency and excellence in delivery.
*Hire, train, develop and motivate the HR Operations & TAEB team. Complete performance evaluations and measure individual’s goal attainment toward building a high-performance, consultative, accountable mindset.
*Creates a culture of innovation by taking the initiative to look for and suggest ways to continuously improve the HR Operations & TAEB process and drive toward higher efficiency and quality.
*Develop and maintain HR practices, procedures, documentation and systems including knowledge management, performance dashboards and quality control mechanisms
*To participate in project as and when required.
*To participate in the Business Continuity Process as part of the BCP team members/Department Leader.
*Ensure effective and efficient process of payroll processes.
