Job Purpose:
  • Lead the devleopment of a tools / AXA Sol which will do a proper needs analysis of the customer in detail
  • Lead in the development of various Financial Literacy programs
  • Design go-to-market strategies to promote the importance of Financial Planning/Financial Needs Analysis
  • Proactively develop partnerships with key stakeholders (ie distribution channels) to drive strategy buy-in that will lead to successful implementation of programs
  • Work with the Distribution Learning and Development Team in creating programs and tools to widen the knowledge and enhane the skills of distributors in coducting needs assessment and providing appropriate advise to customers
  • Design a tool which will carry out a Financial need analysis of the customer
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices
  • Propose new programs or improvements on existing ones to adapt to the evolving customer needs
  • Work with internal and external resources in developing financial literacy programs
  • Coordinate with the distribution team in getting customer and distributor feedback on current programs
  • Serve as resource person/Subject Matter Epert during financial literacy sessions as necessary
  • Work with Segment Managers and Product Owners in keeping the content of AXA Sol relevant and updated
  • Work with internal and external resources
  • Work with cross-functional team in developing and implementing customer campaigns to promoting Financial Needs Analysis
  • Look for potential strategic partners as alternative channels to promote FNA
  • Understand distributor pain points in conducting FNA
  • Work with DL&D, BM&C and Digital Innovations Team as necessary in designing tools and materials to enshance distributors knowledge and needs assessment skills
  • Collaborate with the distribution team in cascading educational materials that will aid in enhancing distributors knowledge and skills in needs assessment
  • Serve as resource person/subject matter expert during training sessions as necessary
  • Solicit feedback from internal stakeholders (channels/distribution/etc) on communication/messaging used
  • Work with internal and external resources to deliver compelling and excellent communication tools




  • Bachelor's degree in any business-related course
  • 5-8 years of experience in life insurance, bank or other related financial company
  • With strong program management skills
  • Background in marketing is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Certificate in Registered Financial Planning is required
  • In depth knowledge on life insurance, mortgages, loans, investment strategies
  • Expertise on various financial instruments: Life insurance, stocks, investment
  • Informal leadership skill and a strong goal/results orientation
  • With strong program management orientation, involving a cross-functional team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • With great sense of urgency and orientation for deadlines
  • With resolve to get things done and is passionate in the work that he/she does
  • Abilitiy to successfully manage multiple tasks
  • Demonstrates ability to identify and realize new opportunities
  • IT savviness
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (esp in Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Presentation skills (one-on-one and group)
  • Leadership skills
