Main Missions:

 

In order to drive key initiatives as part of its ambitious digital partnership program, AXA is looking for a dynamic Manager in the Group Digital Partnerships team within the Group Innovation division. He/she will be part of this disruptive team in charge of building strategic partnerships with key digital players (Insurtech, sharing Economy, e-commerce, IoT). He/she will be in charge of:
  • Contributing to the definition and evolution of AXA’s Group Digital Partnerships Strategy
  • Driving and developing strategic partnerships with key digital leaders as per team priorities and objectives
  • Leading implementation, support and pilot of signed partnerships
  • Communicating & reporting of partnership progress with key stakeholders

More precisely, he/she will have to support the expansion of at least one key partnership with a key player in the digital domain and/or sharing economy in the short term, both in terms of developing new products and launching new countries.

 

Operational context and challenges involve:
  • Contributing to the definition of digital partnerships strategy aligned with Group Innovation strategy both globally, at an entity level and in relation with line of business’s objectives: identifying potential opportunities, structuring deals and conducting discussions with selected partnerships in a advisory and consulting mode.
  • Implementing and rolling-out already signed deals both for potential deals sourced by him/her or other members of the team by managing cross functional teams and peers without formal authority. This involves leading change management, driving communication and support to entities or/and lines of businesses, the identification of means needed to succeed, the development of clear roadmaps to implementation, etc.
  • Driving follow up and progress tracking of signed deals including regular reviews with partners and internal stakeholders, measurement of impact from partnership, identification of new opportunities, detailed communication of progress, etc.
  • Becoming a key point of contact with other key stakeholders in the group both for coordination, progress update and for identifying new opportunities for future development

He/she has to be capable of leading / challenging different areas of expertise, managing multifaceted projects, challenging the partner as well as internal stakeholders, able to bring solutions when there is grid-lock to ensure speed of execution of digital partnerships.


Experience:
  • Masters or higher degree in management from a leading business school
  • Relevant experience of 5-10 years that with demonstrated skills/achievements in developing business strategy, leading program management and analytical abilities working within insurtech/fintech space or in consulting, strategy or M&A background
  • International experience is necessary

Technical ans Professional Skills:

  • Rigorous, strong analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative), synthesis and ability to grasp big picture while having eye for details
  • Experience in developing end to end customer engagements or managing extensive discussions to drive large projects or in corporate development (M&A)
  • Experience in driving complex change management projects within large organizations
  • Potential backgrounds (one or many): Fintech/insurtech environment, Management consulting firm experience, Banking or Web sector experience

Language Skills:

  • Fluent: English (written and spoken), French is a plus
