Description of the Department:

The Digital communication global team is part of Global Corporate Communication. The team is leading web & social media strategy executed across AXA IM Digital ecosystem (22 websites and 7 social media accounts. The team is based both in London and Paris and is working on a daily basis with the international network of Digital Leads.

Key Accountabilities:

- Support the video & multimedia manager in video project management via external or internal agencies relationship
- Day to day management of broadcasting channels (Kaltura and YouTube official channel)
- Support in the distribution of multimedia content across AXA IM broadcasting channels (web, social media, YouTube, internal, newsletter, events, etc…) including audits of current status of video displays on the web
- Support local digital communication managers (digital leads) in displaying their videos on multiple websites across the world (educate, train and measure local video impact)
- Analyze and report on video performances
- Follow some video projects with key stakeholders
- Benchmark on global video trends
- Contribute to raise internal visibility of video

Education /Qualification:
- Audiovisual project management
- Digital marketing and communication
- Understanding of digital technologies
- Knowledge in filming and editing

Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent writing skills (in English and French)
- Fluency in English and French
