Provides general admin support to the Wealth Management Chairman and Chief of Staff on a part-time basis. Supports Conference Operations team with Accounts Payable and procurement activities. Manages special projects for the Chairman such as his social media and advisor ticket requests and distribution for AXA Hospitality program. Manages employee engagement activities across 4 locations in partnership with the Chief of Staff. Provides back-up to chairman’s admin as needed. Supports advisor communication and project activities as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Exhibits professionalism and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Advanced knowledge and application of Microsoft Office. (word, excel, power point)
• Excellent verbal/written communications skills, note taking and proof reading abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
• Intermediate level of problem solving skills, research and data gathering ability, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Independent thinker
• Industry knowledge preferred but not required
• 2 years of experience
