The Individual Retirement Divisional Sales Desk Manager manages, directs and coordinates all aspects of the Central Division Regional Sales Associate (RSA) outbound sales desk. Monitors and enhances the quality and effectiveness of RSA efforts in order to deliver exceptional outbound sales and service support to financial professionals. The objective is to cultivate relationships between ADL and financial professionals (FP) by exceeding the FP’s needs and adding value on every call. The SDM is responsible for maintaining high service levels, cultivating superior performance, supporting the external sales force management team and assisting in all stages of the sales process.


• BA required (Finance Major preferred)
• Series 6/7 and 63 FINRA license required
• Series 26 preferred, must be obtained with 90 days if not currently held
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Financial Managerial role within Insurance Industry required.
• 3-5 years’ experience working with variable annuity products preferred.
• Internal Wholesaler/Sale Desk experience preferred.
