You will work with our Business Team in Charlotte, using a Design Thinking mindset to lead our diverse onshore/offshore teams to deliver business value.

Other things you may find yourself doing with us include:
'• Plan and execute multiple initiatives using Design Thinking and an Agile mindset supported by Scrum management methodology and other project management techniques (including Waterfall and others) to deliver business value, address backlogs, and implement new program elements and features.
• Meet with Product Owners and other project stakeholders to identify and clarify needs and to report on progress and impediments.
• Organize, lead and motivate multiple sub-ordinate Agile teams, clarifying objectives and removing obstacles to achieving expected results. Support Scrum masters in their communications and process activities to ensure initiatives are on track in an environment of tight schedules.
• Mentor team members and teach Agile concepts, ensuring that the core principles are adhered to by all project teams
• Apply Agile development processes and Scrum principles to enable the assigned team(s) to achieve their self-determined objectives to meet the needs of the Product Owner, and the Technical Leader on complex initiatives
• Apply a Servant-Leader approach to coaching and motivating team members. Ensure that individual coaching needs are identified and addressed.
• Facilitate team objectives relative to processes such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives and sprint reviews.
• May assist other related teams in achieving their objectives and may share best practices with other Scrum Masters, where appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience MAY look like this:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• 6+ years working experience with Scrum/Agile
• Superior knowledge of Scrum software development concepts.
• Superior knowledge and application of various software development life-cycles and techniques (e.g., traditional and Agile)
• Superior interpersonal/relationship management skills, able to foster working relationships within the team, across IT and with business colleagues
• Knowledge of business and technology practices and trends
• Superior coaching, influencing, negotiation and elicitation skills
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Adaptable and flexible
