To provide guidance and support in the following areas of Information Security Operations: Incident Response, Forensics, Malware Analysis and Threat Intelligence and Threat Hunting.
Coordinates security investigations across the functional spectrum with Legal, External Affairs, Human Resources and other core stakeholders.
Evaluate threat intelligence sources to integrate with security technologies, processes, and procedures
Drive continuous incident response improvement and remediation initiatives, and assure these solutions are delivered in line with company standards.
Perform malware analysis and develop actionable information in the form of technical indicators, reports, lists, rules, signatures, or indicators and warnings
Perform analysis on new indicators to detect prior compromise
Hunt for new network attacks and perform behavioral malware analysis
Research emerging threats, threat actors, tactics, techniques, and procedures
Develop automation tools to counter threats by tracking attack campaigns
Role requires occasional off-hours support to address service disruptions, analyzing and responding to incidents or scheduled deployments and definition of key metrics


Strong stakeholder skills, with the ability to communicate technically with IT and security experts, but also effectively translate issues and risks into clear and understandable business language
Familiarity with security related tools, including, but not limited to, the areas of cyber threat intelligence, forensics and malware analysis.
Background in responding to malicious events and dynamic/static analysis of malware
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline as well as 8+ years of technical experience in the security aspects of multiple platforms, operating systems, software, communications and network protocols or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Information Security and/or Information Technology industry certification (CISSP, GCFA, GCIH or equivalent) required
