BA / BS degree from an accredited college or university Required. Experience required of 5 years and a strong understanding of process flows and some background using administrative tools. Proven planning and time management skills with the ability to deal with multiple demands on time and deal with ambiguity. Ability to deep dive, conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Willingness to learn business processes and interest in translating them to technology solutions. Required knowledge or basic understanding of SQL, HTML/CSS or any other programming or declarative languages. Willingness to learn and pickup new skills on the job via self-learning. Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple system support and project assignments. Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong oral and written communications skills.
