As a Digital Transformation Manager on the Strategic Solutions Group you will be responsible for working on all aspects of digital projects from understanding the business problem to supporting the development and implementing the solution. You will also be responsible in managing your time efficiently and communicate clearly with business/product/ and technology teams throughout various geographical locations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum BS or equivalent level of education/experience required. 8 -12 years of relevant technical experience is required. Expert in SQL, ETL, process mapping, and all things data. Demonstrated effectiveness developing plans, prioritizing activities and driving execution. Strong analytic skills, including the ability to synthesize information into key messages and to critically evaluate processes to develop sound recommendations for improvements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present complex information clearly and appropriately handle sensitive information. Strong organizational skills with experience coordinating multiple work streams simultaneously. Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and remotely while being able to influence outcomes. Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing business priorities. Strong work ethic and desire to learn continuously
