3 plus years of office experience involving heavy multi-tasking, working with numerous detailed procedures/forms requiring adherence to specific regulatory/compliance guidelines while also meeting strict deadlines/turnaround times. Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills. Self-starter with strong sense of urgency. Excellent organizational and time management skills; including follow up and follow through. Experience with handling high volume of in and outbound calls; strong customer service skills and professional telephone etiquette. Sound problem solving and decision making skills and attention to detail; ability to interpret complex written information and do thorough research to solve problems. Must be able to work overtime during peak times (ex: end of week, end of month, end of quarter and end of the year).
