The responsibilities of this position include management of Employee Benefits' Life, AD&D, and Disability products, and related value add programs. Key activities include collaboaration across the EB organization with Actuarial, Marketing, Operations, Distribution and Underwriting Teams; as well as with external vendors. The individual in this role will be expected to provide guidance and management of the product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, including market research, and product training.


This is a Remote role and can be located Anywhere in the U.S.


Experience: Bachelors degree is required. Minimum of 5+ years of experience with employee benefit products, including 3+ years group life and disability product management experience. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of group life and disability products, claims, contracts, underwriting, risk management and core business functions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and project management skills. Ability to drive for results, identify solutions, work autonomously, and possessing a strong commitment to developing effective partnerships across the organization. This role requires an individual who can engage productively in both day to day tasks and high level responsibiliites associated with maintaining and enhancing the products.
