Under the direction of the Manager, coaches, develops and supports team members. Is considered a recognized technical resource whose knowledge encompasses a broad range of products, processes, and technology. Strong knowledge of product features and system knowledge to handle complex policies needing reinstated and QA'd. Ability to handle escalations with tact and poise while conveying a sense of understanding and urgency. Works cross functionally with other departments to gain knowledge and provide solutions. In partnership with the manager, help to refine, maintain, and optimize policies and procedures. Strong interpersonal, decision making, and problem solving skills.


3 to 5 years experience. Must possess product knowledge of all AXA life products. Be able to adjust job functions based on the business needs. Have a strong working knowledge of AWD, L70, and CMOD navigation. Demonstrate leadership skills including ownership/accountability and professionalism; sound business judgement and decision making skills; and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must possess strong organizational, time management, and follow up skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
