The Sr. Recruiting Manager will support financial team members and Branch Managers in the hiring of experienced financial sales professionals. Key responsibilities will be developing and implementing strategies to source and attract qualified, top producing, diverse talent to help branches grow assets under management and overall Financial Professional headcount within assigned branch offices.  The qualified candidate will research information, manage the candidate pipeline and help hire prospective financial advisors looking to join AXA.
 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and coordinate follow up phone calls and inquiries to new producer leads.
  • Identify and review financial advisors in the market that we would want to recruit to AXA
  • Build initial relationship and follow up with the intent of bringing on the right producer or team.
  • Assist with the transition of the new advisors and serve as their point of contact during transition and when they join AXA
  • Meet with advisors during home office visit and answer any questions or concerns.
  • Use discretion in evaluating an advisor’s fit with AXA
  • Understand the Advisor’s book of business to determine if there is alignment with the branch and with AXA
  • Work collaboratively with various recruiting teams to best position AXA as the firm of choice for experienced Financial Professionals
  • Manage the Financial Advisor candidates through the selection process and oversee their onboarding.
  • Research and execute effective recruiting industry trends build the pipeline
  • Set appointments for Branch Managers to meet with advisors in-field and / or at branches.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5 years of Financial Services recruiting experience
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Degree preferred
  • Consultative skills
  • Intermediate level knowledge of MS Office
  • up to 10% travel
