Reporting to the Marketing Director of Strategic Partnerships, the marketing manager is responsible for the development, creation, and execution of integrated marketing programs and material supporting Strategic Partners across IR and GR business lines. This includes copy writing, creative direction, and communication out to the field on new marketing material/initiatives. The manager will work closely with all Marketing areas as well as sales teams from various business lines, product development teams, Key Account Managers for 3rd party firms, AXA Advisors, Operations, IT, Legal and Compliance. The marketing manager will collaborate with these business partners to develop and manage marketing programs, ensuring an integrated marketing approach that aligns to the business goals and objectives.


• 4+ years developing and managing integrated marketing programs in consumer products/ services or financial services.
• Deep experience with business writing. Copy writing for print and digital platforms is a plus.
• Good knowledge of insurance/financial products & marketing concepts
• Proven track record of partnering with teams across an organization to drive business results.
• Exceptional interpersonal and facilitation skills, ability to develop strong relationships across the organization.
• Working knowledge of retirement industry trends
• Strong influencing skills with ability to energize an organization.
• Minimum 4-year degree.
