prepare and check consultant contracts, agreements, various kinds of
letters and compensation packages;
handle the compensation calculation and payroll processing monthly for the SwP
maintain a file record keeping system to ensure the consultantrecords are
properly filed and scanned;
follow and monitor distributors/staff licenses registration, de-registration,
renewal and CPD declaration submission for different regulators as requested;
check all consultants’ record in IPL & AS400 systems are properly
handle and monitor all the administrative matters relating to human resources
areas, e.g. leave, group life, medical, dental benefit and working visa
handle various management information reports;
handle all administrative matters regarding the departure of consultants
including the final payment & outstanding debt;
handle and manage payrolls for SwP Channel;
follow and monitor MPF contributions for SwP Channel;
- To handle
enquiries of consultants and channels;
related contracts update and changes for the SwP channel.
handle tax return for SwP Channels;
assist in performing testing on system enhancement;
assist in special project as assigned by supervisor.
- University graduate major in Finance or HR related is an
- 3-5 Working experience in insurance industry and relevant
experience in handling compensation is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
Access, Chinese Word Processing etc.)
- Knowledge of IPL & AS400 is an advantage.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English &
- Good in organization, communication, interpersonal, problem
