The Lead Associate – BD Marketing and Communications will be primarily responsible for providing overall support to the Broker Dealer Marketing Function.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Assists team in the development of Broker Dealer marketing programs.
• Prepares presentation materials in support of product and client needs.
• Submits marketing materials for review by more senior specialists or other departments.
• Supports team with innovative creation and design of registration website, signage, videos etc.
• Tracks the impact and progress of marketing campaigns through metrics and provides detailed analysis of results.
• Provides insights to senior specialists based on analysis of marketing campaign data.
• Ensures marketing content and materials are updated regularly.
• Creates ad hoc reports using multiple data sources.
• Responds to routine inquiries / requests and conducts research to resolve issues.
• Supports additional Broker Dealer marketing projects, initiatives and campaigns as needed.


• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills.
• General knowledge of marketing concepts.
• Commitment to learning and expanding knowledge of investment products and industry.
• Strong Microsoft office skills required, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
